Toasts of Foie Gras and Duck breast with onion confit

Ingredients:

  • Semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras
  • Smoked Duck breast
  • Onion confit
  • Country bread ball
  • Fleur de Sel and pink berries

Preparation:
Cut the bread ball into thick slices, and make them toasted. Then spread the slices of bread with onion confit.
Place on each slice of bread two slices of Duck breast and three slices of semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras.
Add a pinch of salt and few pink berries.
 

 

Duck breast and Duck Foie Gras with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras
  • Smoked Duck breast
  • Potatoes
  • Fleur de sel and freshly ground peppers

Preparation:
Preheat your oven at 220 °. Then wash and hack the potatoes in two. Salt and pepper them and add few bay leaves.
Wrap them in aluminum foil and let them cook for about 35 minutes on the baking sheet.
Before serving, put in the potatoes two thin slices of Duck breast and a nice slice of semi-cooked Duck Foie Gras.
